Our life the last couple of weeks.

We have had a busy last couple of weeks. In six days McKenna had three Cross country practices and one meet. Plus two soccer practices and two games. She sure got her exercise and the next week was the same minus 1 soccer game. She has been busy. She stays in at recess to keep up on her homework.

Austin

My beautiful sister Amy and hubby Jeremy welcomed their first child into the world. We are so excited for them. Austin is my kid's 12th cousin and my parents lucky #13 grandchild. Can't wait to meet him.

Lava Girl

Shantae had her second soccer game today and scored her first goal. She is learning the game but does better then I thought she would since she is such a princess girl. They have a fun team!!!!They are named the LAVA GIRLS.

5 Months Old

My little boy is five months old. He is 18lbs. He loves rice cereal and this week was introduced to sweet potatoes. He has not missed a meal yet as he likes to eat. He has three naps a day and loves to play with his toys. He loves his sisters. Doesn't like to be on his tummy but always rolls onto his tummy. He has a little temper, but is over all a good baby. He loves to play peek-a-boo with dad. He is anxiously awaiting the arrival of his new boy cousin-due tomorrow.

Its school time. Schools in, Scream and Shout!!!


Mckenna is now a sixth grader. Wow time flies. Shantae is in second. They both have the same teachers as last year. Shantae is glad to be back at school. McKenna is not as happy. She doesn't like homework.

4 months

Colby is 4 months today. He had two shots today along with McKenna. Scott just put up the crib and Colby seems to like it. He also started to eat solids on Sunday. Doctor says he is doing well. He is now 26 1/2 inches long and weighs 17lbs 15oz. He is in the 95% tile for height and weight. McKenna at 4 months weighed 13 lbs and at a year she was 17lbs. Shantae at 4 months she was 14 lbs and a year she was 18 lbs. So Colby weighs as much as the girls did at 1 year.

Happy Birthday to our baby girl!!!! She turns 11 today. Wow how fast the time has flown by. We love being your parents and are so lucky to have a beautiful girl like you. You are such an example to everyone around you and the greatest big sister. Hope your day is fabulous!Love mom and dad

14 Years

After 14 years of marriage we have had.......
1-awesome marriage
2-different houses
3-gorgeous kids, a
4-ever family
5 different vehicles
6-siblings that still love us (as far as we can tell)
7-pets(all deceased fish)
8-different cities we have lived in(2 Canadian Provinces and 4 U.S. states, with 16 moves)
9-trips to the hospital(4 for babies, twice for McKenna and the rest for Scott)
10-different jobs between us
11-total years of schooling
12-nieces and nephews
13-different church callings and
14-beautiful years.

We went camping this pass weekend to Chute Lake. I took the girls fishing with my dad. They caught a lot of fish. We also did some kayaking. Way to go mom and Cari on the kayak. Fun times!!!Colby slept most of the time.-scott
