Finished

Scott and Colby finished the sink and faucet and it looks great. Nice to have two handymen in the house.

Colby loves working with his dad's tools. He was a BIG help. Never too young to learn a trade.

A little Stink in the sink!

Colby was playing in the sink Scott was working on. Yesterday I was trying to turn our kitchen faucet off and it wouldn't work. So I push harder on the faucet and it broke and water went flying every where. I hurried and called Scott for help on what to do and had a hard time turning the water off. Figured it out, cleaned up the water and went to Lowe's and purchase a new sink and faucet.

McKenna's 6th Grade Promotion

The APPLE first through fifth graders threw water balloons at the sixth graders to say goodbye.

Receiving her certificate from her teacher.

Hard to believe my baby is now a seventh grader.

The 6th graders at their promotion event at Priest Lake.

The kids went hiking, camped over night, went tubing, ate a lot and had an awesome time.

Soccer

Soccer season is over for a couple of months. McKenna's team came in second and the first place team was the the Wenatchee Fire team that we tied and I wrote a story about in an earlier blog. McKenna is now into softball with her first game today.

Shantae's team did great and only lost one game all year.

Somewhere Over The Rainbow

A double rainbow a couple of weeks ago. Our spring has been very rainy. Good for us since Scott is in the middle of putting in a sprinkler system, so we don't have outside water yet. We do look forward to some sunshine and swimming.
Scott's dad is doing better since his triple bypass surgery. We hope that he will continue to recover well.

Scott's dad had a heart attack about 5 weeks ago and went in for a triple bypass surgery and is home recovering. We were very worried about him and said lots of prayers on his behalf. We then went to Oregon for my birthday to see my bro and his beautiful family. We went and saw Iron man 2, enjoyed some great cooking by Stacey and ate my brother's famous cookies.
